  1. your honesty is sweet. hang in there, mama.

  2. You are heard! I think for me that one of the hardest things is depression is feeling unheard–and maybe also not wanting to be heard. The tangle of it is so complex.
You are loved! Maybe even harder than feeling unheard is wondering (or maybe believing) that you are unloved/unlovable.
Write on! I say this as a soon-to-be writing teacher…oh, the days are looming ahead. I so doubt my skills and, uh my, um grammar–rusty grammar at best! You write, I’ll read. I won’t grade 🙂 won’t judge, and I won’t be the only one!
    love,
    Mrs. Fajen 😉

  3. Jenni!
As a member of the “Oh crap…what the heck should I say in my blog today?” society….I hear your pain! I too quit blogging q

  4. OOPS…somehow I sent that in a bit too soon! Anyways…what I was trying to say was that I quit writing in my blog too a while ago, just because I felt like I had nothing to contibute either, really. I had no passion left for blogging…and really I still don’t! I think I was suffering from some depression type symptoms too, but now my reasons are that I have FINALLY made some great friends, I get out of the house a lot more, and I am more interested in trying to keep my house the way I want it to be, but gefore I could never quite get there. So I am not sure if or when I will get back to blogging! However, I still LOVE to read blogs, and yours is one of my favorites…so, please don’t ever feel like you don’t have something to contribute….you’re funny, and real, and to top it off, you have a damn fine cold remedy that I have told every single soul who happens to cough within ten feet of me about. Really.

I’m looking forward to the next podcast…brava to you for doing it!

    Erin

  5. You’re so sweet. I wish we were neighbors because I think we could be really good friends IRL. 🙂

Funny side note re: the boobs. The whole time I was watching this, Sophia was sitting next to me looking at you and saying, “Mama, I ‘anna nurse!” LOL.
